Spare Parts Strategy
Our Spare Parts Warehouse is located at Southport (Australia) Waigani (PNG) and in New Zealand. Orbitz Elevators has direct access to genuine spare parts from a wide range of manufacturers from around the world. We source genuine parts directly from the manufacturers eliminating the need to source parts from our competitors reducing costs and speeding up the delivery and repair process. Put simply, we don’t source spare parts from our competitors, we source from their manufacturers!
We are highly experienced professionals with parts and logistics in which we have built strong relationships with suppliers throughout the years of experience across our Service department.
When acquiring a new contract, we proactively create a job/asset profile ordering and stocking genuine equipment components specific to our client’s equipment and condition. Our parts are readily available from our Southport warehouse based in Queensland and our various offices interstate and offshore. On larger sites with high traffic volume, we stock spare parts and components on site for immediate action and quick access to equipment components designed for immediate equipment repair. Our Spare Parts Strategy is designed to maximise efficiency and to avoid repair delays when our customers’ elevators require urgent attention. Our components are catalogued in our spare parts database which is located on our server and accessible to our technicians on site through a secured portal

Our multi award-winning high-quality services is accredited due to our attention to detail and precise maintenance services. We take a proactive approach to our service strategy and forecast repairs from our regular condition reports to ensure we have the specific parts on hand to action immediate repair to minimise downtime. We don’t take short cuts and provide poor quality maintenance, we have quality assurance and internal auditing procedures in place to ensure that our services are carried out up to the Orbitz Standard. Amongst our team, we have many highly experienced lift professionals who all have tremendous knowledge on 3rd party manufactured equipment. Regardless of the original equipment manufacturer, Orbitz Elevators is more than capable for providing exceptional maintenance services.
We are working with some of the largest companies in Australia with hundreds of units under maintenance Australia wide and in Papua New Guinea covering all different types original equipment manufacturers available in the market. We also have access to over 20 reputable subcontractors with immense knowledge on 3rd party maintenance and repair.
Performance Warranty
Orbitz Elevators Services and Orbitz Elevators New Zealand (now a part of KONE Australia and New Zealand) are proud to stand by our contracted response times which are based on the industry standard response times. We are dedicated to ensuring these response times are achieved with all our valued clients. Firstly, we ensure that each unit in our portfolio receives a minimum of one-hour comprehensive maintenance on each scheduled visit.
